Lamitca's "Poor Man's Gym" offers a facility for those within the community who would like to pursue their fitness goals without the expensive monthly fees associated with conventional gyms. Despite its rustic appearance, the gym offers time, space and opportunity for those interested in improving their health and wellness. School aged children and adults are welcome to visit our humble facility and join us in our journey towards optimum health and physical fitness at no charge.*

* While there is no charge for use of the gym, donations are always appreciated!

We are currently in the process acquiring a bigger building in order to better serve the community. This building will serve as a bigger and better fitness facility with the best of commercial fitness equipment,a boxing gym, ballet studio and classroom. Additionally, we will also provide childcare. Because our services will remain free we depend on your support and ask that you make a generous, tax deductible donation to Lamitca.
